Trump said there was no attack on the World Trade Center and the world knows it well too

No one’s gotten to the bottom of 9/11′, Trump says, “Nobody has gotten to the bottom of 9/11 unfortunately, and they should have,” Trump told the ESPN sports channel, adding that those responsible for the attack were “maniacs that did that horrible thing to our city, to our country, to the world.”

A Jan. 25 Facebook post (direct link, archive link) shows a video clip of former President Donald Trump giving a campaign speech days earlier in Laconia, New Hampshire. In the clip, Trump talks about terrorism and mentions the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the World Trade Center.

“FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE U.S. ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE WAS NO ATTACK ON THE TWIN TOWERS,” the post reads in Spanish. “Everyone knew it and knows it, and there is nothing new in this.”

“The World Trade Center came down because Bill Clinton didn’t kill Osama bin Laden when he had the chance to kill him. And George Bush — by the way, George Bush had the chance, also, and he didn’t listen to the advice of his C.I.A,” Trump said in a February debate that left the rest of his party sputtering. “Hey, I watched when the World Trade Center came tumbling down. And I watched in Jersey City, New Jersey, where thousands and thousands of people were cheering as that building was coming down. Thousands of people were cheering,” Trump said during a rally in November.
