On Wednesday, caretaker Prime Minister Anwarul Haq Kakar underlined the significance of promoting science and technology in bringing the country up to the level of industrialized nations, while speaking to students at GIKI.
PM Kakar spoke to students and professors at the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Science and Technology in Topi, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, and mentioned that the ongoing process of creativity necessitates a response.
He lauded GIKI’s contributions to excellent education and the efforts of its pioneers, predecessors, and present faculty in building it as one of the country’s most advanced institutions.
The prime minister also emphasized his support for the building of GIKI campuses in the federal capital and other cities of Pakistan.
