Rawalpindi: A security forces vehicle was hit by a landmine in Bara area of Khyber district.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), a vehicle of the security forces hit a landmine while patrolling in the Bara area of Khyber district, as a result of which Deputy Subedar Hazrat Gul and Sepah Nazirullah Mehsud were martyred.
According to ISPR, the martyrs include Naib Subidar of Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Hazrat Gul and Naik Nazirullah Mehsud. .
According to ISPR, Deputy Subedar Hazrat Gul Shaheed has left a widow, two sons and two daughters among the mourners, while Sepoy Nazirullah Mehsud Shaheed’s widow, two sons and two daughters are among the bereaved.
According to the ISPR, the sacrifices of the young men strengthen our resolve. The operation is ongoing to eliminate possible terrorists in the area and the security forces are determined to eliminate terrorism.
It should be noted that two officers including one officer were martyred in the attacks on the police by unknown terrorists in Swabi and North Waziristan.
According to the report, the policemen in Swabi were on their way to the destination in a car when the terrorists attacked them with grenades, as a result of which one policeman was martyred on the spot and two were seriously injured.
