SUICIDE BOMBER BLOWS HIMSELF AT THE GATES OF KABUL MINISTRY

Kabul: An attacker blew himself up with an explosive device at the security gate of the office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the capital of Afghanistan.

According to the World News Agency, the spokesman of the Taliban in his statement confirmed the death of 6 people and said that the suicide bomber was instructed to stop at the check post.

According to the Taliban spokesman, the suicide bomber did not stop when the security personnel opened fire on him, which caused him to fall down and at the same time detonated himself.
More than 10 people were also injured in the suicide attack, who were shifted to a nearby hospital, where the death toll is expected to increase due to the critical condition of 3 injured.

All the dead persons are civilians, but security personnel are also among the injured. The attacker’s post-mortem is being conducted, but his identity has not yet been ascertained.

No militant group has yet claimed responsibility for the suicide attack, but Daesh Khorasan has been involved in attacks on security personnel, government offices and mosques since the Taliban came to power.
