The Election Commission and the Punjab Police did a great job by postponing the elections.
In the briefing of the meeting held on February 8, the IG Punjab Police said that on February 16, there will be an IED explosion in the Jafar Express in Sahiwal, so the situation is very bad and elections cannot be held. This is the way this government is using the police force on the behset of Nawaz Sharif.

A five-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsen on September 15 dismissed all the review petitions.”
