Imran Khan, former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief, has accused civilians of being abducted and tortured for making false statements against Usman Dar to the media.
Imran Khan spoke to the media today through a video link alongside Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Usman Dar and a citizen who was allegedly abducted and tortured.

The head of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that after the removal of the Tehreek-e-Insaf government, people were forced to make false statements. Attempts were made to file fake and corruption cases and broadcast tapes to blackmail us.”

He said that an aggrieved citizen named Javed Ali will tell his story. He added that Usman Dar helped Javed Ali get a guard post, a Grade 4 government job.
Javed Ali, who works as a security guard in the education department, said he was summoned over the phone. Four police officers came in and covered my face with a cloth and then took me to an unknown location. Some unknown men were also there.
He said: “I was brutally tortured and hung upside down. They asked me how much I would pay Usman Dehl [for the job]. After I refused, they tortured me again. They filmed me completely naked. “They caught me and threatened to film my family and publish it on social networks.”
Ali added that he was forced to record a statement against Usman Dar for accepting bribes from contractors. His wife was also taken to the adjacent room and blackmailed.
Imran Khan, who accused the government, said Azam Swati was also detained and brutally tortured. I have never seen such treatment of the citizens of my country. An assassination attempt was made against me. I asked the head of the judiciary that a murderer is running the country.
