Karachi’s historic National Cricket Stadium was renamed.
The Pakistan Cricket Board and the National Bank of Pakistan have signed a five-year memorandum of understanding for the naming rights of National Stadium Karachi, one of the country’s most famous Test venues.
After the agreement, the name of National Stadium Karachi has been changed to National Bank Cricket Arena.
Apart from the naming rights agreement, PCB and NBP will also collaborate and partner on sponsorship initiatives to promote and develop grassroots cricket across the country, including exploring local talent in rural areas. PCB’s initiatives to do so include support.
Chairman PCB Ramiz Raja expressed his gratitude and said that after supporting Pakistan Cricket in the past, I welcome National Bank of Pakistan back to the PCB family. Welcome.
