(First Amendment)
All the amendments will be effective from 1.1.85 it will benefit the accused wah wah
(Second Amendment)
The assets of the family members will not be considered as the assets of the accused
It is not difficult to understand its benefit. Absolutely, put everything in the name of family
(Third Amendment)
NAB has the responsibility to prove the assets as illegitimate. The accused is not responsible. Wow wow wow
(Fourth Amendment)
Accused’s property will be valued at DC rate instead of market, reveal and swallow property worth billions in crores. It is very delicious.
(Fifth Amendment)
Accused may sell disputed property during case (permission to abscond defendant)
