As soon as Imran Khan entered to the room, slogans were chanted in the lawyers convention.
Imran, your devotees are innumerable
In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
On Monday, while talking at the lawyers’ convention, Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ( PTI) Imran Khan said that the role of the judiciary and legal fraternity was key in protecting the country by upholding the rule of law.
He stated that if they did not resist foreign intervention and corrupt rulers imposed on them then coming generations would not forgive. He said that it was the responsibility of the judiciary and lawyers to stand for the rule of law in the country. My country stands at a crucial time. Lawyers have a very important role to play in saving the country. What I will say today. You have to understand this as jihad.
He further said that the country was going through a defining moment in which the roles of judges and lawyers were of paramount importance in defending the country. He said that no country could progress without upholding rule of law and equal justice for all people irrespective of their position in society. He said that PTI had filed a petition in the Supreme Court to seek its ruling on holding peaceful demonstrations in the country.
He said that all economic indicators were positive with record remittance, tax collection, record agriculture yield, and exports all-time high when the PTI government was removed through foreign interference.
Now is the time for real war of liberation. If we do not decide then … our future generations will not forgive us.
We are tested by what God gives us. As much money as he has. The test will be great. He who has less money will have less test
When our government was removed, our country was going very far. All governments were removed because of corruption. It was our first government which was removed under conspiracy.
Donald Trump says that if Imran Khan is removed then we will forgive Pakistan..I know that I am the Prime Minister of the country..why did he send a message to the ambassador.
